Northern Shan State MNDAA said that the military council had bombarded Sinni township by air.

At around 4:37pm on July 18th, 8 civilians were killed due to the aerial bombardment by the terrorist army on the residential areas of Sinni.

On July 25th, at 5:00 p.m., the military council bombed Sinni Market with a plane, and a hotel and some commercial buildings were damaged due to the explosion on Sinni Road. It is understood that there were no casualties due to the bomb blast.

In addition, on July 25th, after the MNDAA announced that they had captured the Northeast Regional Military Headquarters (Ramakha) based in Lashi Myo, the military council carried out airstrikes, killing 3 people and injuring 3 others.

In the city of Lashio, the military council deliberately targeted civilian areas and launched airstrikes and heavy weapons, killing a total of 38 civilians and injuring 48. In addition, at least 9 civilian homes were destroyed, and 5 monasteries and schools were damaged.
